This page is an independent getting-started guide, not an official Coinbase page. For downloads and account-specific help, go directly to coinbase.com/wallet.
Use the official extension’s import or restore flow if you choose to access an existing wallet. Never enter your recovery phrase into a website, chat, or form, and never share it with another person.
Open your browser’s extensions menu (often shown as a puzzle-piece icon), find Wallet, and pin it to the toolbar. Browser menus may look different depending on your version.
Be cautious of unsolicited messages and search ads that imitate support. Coinbase support will never ask you to reveal your recovery phrase. Navigate to Coinbase directly instead of following unexpected links.
